Nerita Davis Scott
CEO, RED | BLUE SOLUTIONS

Nerita Davis Scott is the dynamic CEO of RED | BLUE SOLUTIONS, a
veteran-, woman-, and minority-owned company committed to delivering
strategic solutions with excellence. Under her leadership, the company
specializes in training facilitation, notary services, course evaluations, and
promoting safe social media practices.

A proud 20-year U.S. military veteran, Nerita served with distinction in the
Air Force and the Army. Her military roles ranged from medical technician
and healthcare specialist to human resources, recruiting, public affairs, and
MEPS guidance counseling. She served both on active duty and as a
reservist, including a deployment to Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi
Freedom. Her service was deeply rooted in family legacy, following in the
footsteps of her father, a 26-year Air Force veteran.

Following her military retirement, Nerita transitioned into civilian roles in
media sales, marketing, public relations, military family programs, and
facilitation before founding RED | BLUE SOLUTIONS. Her deep
commitment to empowering others matches her entrepreneurial spirit.

Nerita is also the founder of Nerita’s Network, a weekly Zoom space
fostering networking and growth for women, and Ignite Your Faith, an
annual faith-based event dedicated to uplifting and inspiring women. She is a board member of Brie’s
Gifts, a nonprofit supporting cancer-affected families.

In her personal life, Nerita is passionate about service, spiritual growth, and
connection. She actively volunteers and co-facilitates programs like the
Gratitude American Military Support Retreats and the Veterans and Family
Assistance Center’s Women Veteran events.

She resides in Columbus, Georgia, with her husband, also a retired Army
veteran. Together, they are the proud parents of two adult sons.
